Okpj Terms & Conditions — Complete User Guide

Okpj (https://okpj.im) is an online gaming and lottery platform for Bangladesh. These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between okpj and all its users ("Members").

By accessing okpj, registering an account, or using any of our services, you are deemed to have fully accepted these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please refrain from using okpj.

Okpj reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time at its sole discretion. Continued use of the platform after any changes are published will be considered your acceptance of the updated terms.

To open an account and use okpj's services, you must meet the following eligibility criteria:

• All information provided at registration must be truthful, accurate, and up to date.
• Each person may register only one account.
• Your use of okpj's services must comply with the local laws of your country of residence.
• You must register using your own name and your own payment method.

Identity Verification (KYC)

Okpj may request a copy of your National ID, passport, or driving license at any time for identity verification. Withdrawals may be restricted or suspended if the KYC process is not completed.

Registering with false information will result in permanent account closure, and your balance may be forfeited.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security of your okpj account. This includes keeping your password safe, not sharing your login credentials with anyone, and reporting any suspicious activity to okpj immediately.

• Sharing your account login credentials with any third party is strictly prohibited.
• Use a strong password and update it regularly.
• Enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) adds an extra layer of security to your account.
• Selling, transferring, or allowing others to use your account is strictly prohibited.

Account Inactivity

Accounts with no activity for 12 consecutive months will be marked inactive. A monthly maintenance fee may apply to inactive accounts. Contact support to reactivate.

Okpj supports a range of local payment methods. All deposits are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT).

Deposit Terms & Conditions

• Minimum deposit amount is ৳50.
• The maximum single deposit is subject to the limit set by okpj.
• Only payment methods registered in your own name may be used.
• Third-party payments are not accepted and will be returned.
• If fraudulent payment activity is detected, the account will be suspended.

Okpj is committed to paying out winnings quickly and securely. However, certain conditions must be met before a withdrawal can be processed.

• KYC verification must be completed before withdrawals can be made.
• Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for the original deposit.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳200.
• Standard withdrawal processing takes up to 24 hours.
• Additional verification may be required for your first withdrawal.

Reasons for Withdrawal Suspension

Okpj reserves the right to suspend a withdrawal under any of the following circumstances:

• KYC verification is incomplete or supporting documents are insufficient.
• Bonus wagering requirements have not been met.
• Suspected fraudulent activity or abuse is currently under investigation.
• Multiple accounts linked to the same payment method.

Okpj offers a variety of bonuses and promotions. Each bonus has its own terms — please read them carefully before claiming.

Welcome Bonus

New members receive a 100% welcome bonus on their first deposit. To withdraw this bonus, you must wager 20 times the bonus amount. The wagering requirement must be completed within 30 days of receiving the bonus.

General Bonus Terms & Conditions

• Each bonus offer can only be used once.
• Multiple bonus claims from the same household or device are not permitted.
• Okpj reserves the right to cancel a bonus if misuse is suspected.
• Bonus usage may be restricted to certain games.
• Whether cashback bonuses are directly withdrawable will be specified in the promotion details.

All betting and gaming on okpj is conducted in accordance with established rules. The specific rules for each game can be found within the game itself or in the Help section.

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled.
• If a game is interrupted due to a technical issue, okpj will arrange appropriate compensation.
• If an event is cancelled in Sports Betting, the bet will be refunded.
• No disputes will be accepted regarding late bet acceptance in live betting.
• In RNG games, each round is independent and has no bearing on previous results.

Maximum Win Limit

There is a maximum limit on winnings from a single bet or game. This limit is specified in each game's details.

Okpj's lottery service operates with full transparency and fairness. All draws are conducted using certified RNG technology and streamed live.

• Tickets cannot be refunded once purchased.
• Draw results are final and cannot be changed.
• Winning numbers and prizes will be published on the okpj website.
• Prize claims must be made within 90 days of the draw date. Any unclaimed prizes after this period will be forfeited.
• Additional identity verification may be required for large payouts.
• In the event of any technical error, the decision of okpj's management is final.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on okpj. Any such activity will result in permanent account suspension and possible forfeiture of balances:

• Multiple Accounts: No individual may operate more than one account.
• Bots & Automation: Placing bets using automated software is strictly prohibited.
• Money Laundering: okpj strictly complies with anti-money laundering laws.
• System Manipulation: Any attempt to manipulate or influence game outcomes.
• Chargeback Fraud: Filing an unjustified chargeback after a deposit has been made.
• Bonus Abuse: Providing false information or using multiple accounts to claim bonuses.
• Account Sale or Rental: Selling or renting your account to a third party.

If you have a dispute with okpj, please try to resolve it through customer support first. okpj takes every complaint seriously.

• An initial response will be provided within 72 hours of submitting a complaint.
• Complex disputes will be investigated impartially and resolved within a maximum of 14 business days.
• Transactions under investigation may be temporarily placed on hold.
• Okpj's decisions are final and binding on all parties.
